Online Store
When You purchase or download products from this Site, DTD may
collect your credit card number and its expiration date. Also, personal
data such as Your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number,
and other information may be collected for the purpose of fulfilling
a product order. If you do not wish to give us Your credit card
number or other personal information over the web, You may place
an order with a representative over the telephone by calling us
at 1-323-845-1171.
Generally
Personal data such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone
number, and other information may be collected from You in order
to respond to a request for additional information about a product/service
or about DTD. If You contact DTD, we may keep a record
of that correspondence.
DTD will ask You for personal data when You report a problem
with the Site or enter a sweepstakes, contest, or promotion sponsored
by DTD and/or our third-party partners. DTD may also occasionally
ask You to complete surveys that we may use for research. Many promotions
offer opportunities to request additional information from third-party

card processing company to charge you for your purchases and we
provide your name and address to our fulfillment house to ship products
to you. The fulfillment house is not permitted to send your information
to anyone else.
DTD will release personal data to other parties only with
Your express consent, unless (i) releasing such information is otherwise
required by applicable law, statute, regulation, ordinance, or court
order or (ii) DTD has reason to believe that disclosing such
information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action
against someone who may be violating the Terms
and Conditions of Use or may be causing injury to or interference
with (either intentionally or unintentionally) DTD's rights
or property, other DTD users, or anyone else that could be
harmed by such activities. Where DTD does release Your personal
data to DTD clients or business partners, DTD will first

The disclosure of personal data as contemplated in this Privacy
